UMC MVP: Stephen Carter

Each month, we will pick associates who go above and beyond in the community. This month, in honor of National Culinary Arts Month, we have chosen Stephen Carter.

There are so many great qualities that Stephen brings to the Dietary department, but the most important one is that he takes great pride in anything he makes and delivers to the residents. When you taste his food, you can tell that he cooks from the heart. We rarely get a complaint about something he has prepared, which in turn, makes our job a lot easier and more important, makes our residents happy!
