Our chefs are all true professionals with decades of experience and formal culinary or hospitality educations. Their passion, innovation and food-forward vision has birthed vegetable and herb gardens, the Chef’s Table program, our Junior Chef Program, Chef Center Stage, interactive food events, and cooking demonstrations. At our monthly “Food Committee” meetings chefs gain knowledge of the specific preferences, customs, and medical needs of each resident as well. There is no dietary requirements that cannot be deliciously accommodated at Collingswood.
