Come in between the dates above to try our Senior FITness classes. Arrive at 9:15; class starts at 9:30. If interested, you can obtain a Community Punch Card at $36 for 12 sessions. Call Kelly Valente at 856-854-4331 x5207 no later than August 13 to reserve your spot.
Monday, Tuesday & Friday – Strengthen muscle groups, work lower body muscles.
Wednesday – Balance and stretch class – postures performed sitting and standing to help with strengthening and balance issues.
Thursday – Tubing to stretch and strengthen muscles. Exercises performed in chair/standing optional positions.
