Refresh the Heart, Recall the Stories, and Share the Burden!

Caring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease impacts every aspect of one’s life. We are offering a 3 session-support program to family and friends of those living with Alzheimer’s disease.

Lighthouse Hospice will be providing this series of sessions.

Sessions are held by experienced group leaders and will address the needs of the group. The sessions are open to anyone caring for some-one with Alzheimer’s disease.
The Goals are to provide a safe environment to share thoughts and feelings; learn ways to improve the quality of time spent with your loved one; and increase the network of support options though relationship development
