Senior Fitness led by our exercise physiologist every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in Town Hall. The 30 minute exercise will increase functionality through stretching and strength training.
Our very own residents bake their home goods to sell! And books are also able to purchase at very low cost. All sales help support the resident council which in turn supports local charities in Sussex county.
