Harmony in Motion is a group of singers dedicated to the preservation of barbershop style four part a cappella harmony. They enjoy developing the skills involved in both the musical and visual aspects of their performance. Join us in the Town Hall!
Chair Yoga is held every Tuesday morning in our Chapel. It is led by a volunteer who is a trained yoga instructor. Simple stretching, meditation and deep breathing are just a small part of the yoga experience.
Move today is a twelve week fitness class led by volunteer David Cross. It includes upper body movements and lower extremities stretching...a low impact fitness class for seniors. Please join us in Bristol Glen Town Hall.
Healthy Hands is a upper extremity wellness and exercise program focused on range of motion coupled with mobility and flexibility of arms, shoulders, fingers, and joints. The program compliments any current exercise routine or post therapy treatment . The New Jersey Highlands Orchid Society meets the 4th Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in Bristol Glen’s Town Hall. Members bring their blooming orchids to the “show table” and there is an educational presentation on growing and care of orchids. Please join us in Bristol Glen Town Hall.
