The Shores Residents Enjoy A Model Friendship With Local Students.
The Shores Assisted Living community recently became an art gallery featuring portraits of its residents, thanks to a partnership with photography students from Ocean City High School.
The photo exhibit entitled “Shared Stories and Shared Smiles” recently went on display at The Shores and was featured in a news story on local television station ABC6.
While the project’s goal was to strengthen the connection between young and old alike, it also yielded another vital lesson. “That everybody can be a model,” said photography teacher Adrianna Palmer. “And we are all beautiful at any stage of life.”
