Bridges at The Shores

Bridges, an assisted living neighborhood dedicated to hospice and palliative care, allows anyone medically certified to remain comfortable in peaceful and serene surroundings. A multi-disciplinary professional team includes a nurse, social worker, chaplain, nursing aide, and other associates who concentrate on medical care; pain management; and social, emotional and spiritual support. Beyond the resident, they tend to the entire family and friends, as they support their loved one and grieve.
