National Memory Screening Day

You Are Invited To Attend National Memory Screening Day! Give your brain a checkup and enjoy some healthy snacks! Our social workers will provide memory screenings free of charge to anyone interested. Results are not a diagnosis, but can suggest if someone should see a physician for a full evaluation. Appointments will be scheduled every 15 minutes. RSVP to the UMC Pitman Sales Team at 856-589-7800 by Monday, November 14th.
