National Memory Screening Day

Give your brain a checkup and enjoy some healthy snacks! Our social workers and nurses will provide memory screenings free of charge to anyone interested. Results are not a diagnosis, but can suggest if someone should see a physician for a full evaluation. RSVP to Alice or Sharon at 856-589-7800 by Monday, November 29th.
