Bridges Open House

Join us Thursday, October 26th, at 5:00pm, for an open house event for Bridges at Pitman, an assisted living neighborhood dedicated to hospice and palliative care. We would like to introduce Denise Rozzelle, our new Bridges program consultant.

Denise is a AGNP-C with over 20 years nursing experience, 11 of which have been dedicated to hospice and palliative care services. She is certified in Gerontology, Hospice and Palliative Nursing, as well as pain management, and is a member of Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association, NJ Palliative Care Advanced Practice Nurse Consortium and American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

She will be working with and educating professionals and the general public regarding the benefits of the Bridges program.
