Active Aging Presentation

Liz Walz, exercise physiologist, will host this presentation in celebration of the one year anniversary of United Methodist Communities at Pitman SeniorFITness program.

Liz will demonstrate that people are never too old to start an exercise program and give specific examples of success in the seniors she has been working with.
