Family & Friend
We are inviting family members and friends to make a contribution honoring your loved ones or members of the UMC team. Throughout the program, these contributions will be acknowledged via a scrolling banner on the bottom of the screen, as well as in periodic segments where the host will read out special messages to residents and associates from family members and friends.
If you would like to participate in this event and have a message shared for a resident, associate, or an entire community’s team, please select one of these two options:
- SCROLLING MESSAGE
A $25 donation obtains a scrolling message that will appear on the bottom of the screen. Message can be about a resident or Collingswood staff. We ask that the message be limited to 15 words or less.
- “SHOUT OUT” FROM THE EVENT HOST
A $50 donation obtains the event host reading your message during the broadcast. Your message can be about a resident or the Collingswood staff. We ask that the message be limited to 25 words or less.
Donations can be made by via the secure online donation form below or by sending a check made out to the United Methodist Communities Foundation to UMC Foundation, 3311 State Route 33, Neptune, NJ 07753 Attn: Gary Engelstad. If sending a check, please include a note specifying your UMC Community and the message you would like shared during United Together, a Celebration of Gratitude.
