Chefs Corner with Executive Chef Mark

Our Chef puts his culinary expertise to the test. He walks us through how to make a recipe step by step, focusing the discussion on the history of the recipe, his knowledge of the ingredients used and demonstrates perfect cooking techniques. When he’s finished the audience is treated to a sample of the culinary delight. Recipes are handed out for those who wish to try it at home.  Join us in the Town Hall.
