This prestigious recognition highlights the dedication of our caregivers, who have consistently proven to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. The Employer of Choice award is given to home care agencies that demonstrate excellence in caregiver satisfaction and workplace culture. To qualify for the 2025 award, agencies must meet strict criteria, including:
- Achieving an Overall Caregiver Satisfaction (OSAT) Score of 8.75 or higher
- Completing a minimum of 12 employee surveys over the past year
- Maintaining a Do Not Call rate of less than 15% among care professionals
- Actively surveying care professionals for at least six consecutive months
