Fall Ice Sculpting by Chef Joe

We will be so sorry to see Executive Chef, Joe Kratchowill leave Collingswood Manor. As a gift to the us, he created one more of his amazing ice sculptures. This time a happy jack-o-lantern was sculpted as many residents looked on. The sculpture was wheeled into the large freezer and be used for the resident Halloween party in a couple of weeks. We will miss you Chef Joe, best of luck in your new adventure.
