Code of Business & Ethical Conduct
While furthering its Mission, Vision, and Values, UMC seeks to conduct business and provide care in accordance with high ethical standards and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

This Code of Business & Ethical Conduct encourages personal accountability, and clarifies that these parties must report suspected incidents of organizational fraud, waste, or abuse.
