Available at Bristol Glen, Collingswood Manor, Pitman Manor, and The Shores, the program emphasizes relationship-based care that respects personal independence while creating daily opportunities for meaningful engagement.
In UMC’s Tapestries™ neighborhoods, you’ll find a home-like environment with private apartments surrounded by supervised gathering spaces. Our Life Enrichment Team Specialists (LETS) receive ongoing dementia training and build trusted, personal connections by learning each person’s history and preferences. Safety features such as wander-management systems and nurse-call technology are integrated thoughtfully throughout the community.
The Tapestries™ social/comfort model empowers residents to eat, sleep, and engage in activities on their own schedules, offering continuity and empowerment over rigid routines.

UMC’s Tapestries™ neighborhoods are staffed by specially trained teammates with experience in dementia care, behavioral response, and compassionate communication. Every member of our team is certified by the Alzheimer’s Association through their EssentiALZ program, ensuring best practices in dementia support and safety.
