Organized events, outings, and dining are all at your discretion. You can keep up with your gardening, walks and hikes, exercise classes, and more, all available without leaving the community. Or you can take a vacation, knowing that your home awaits you upon your return.
You may initially live in a one or two-bedroom independent living apartment home on a beautiful 74-acre wooded campus. You’ll be in a secure community with help from staff as needed. As your needs increase so will the services you are offered. If medical supervision, therapy, or specialized care is needed, Bristol Glen provides a continuum of care so you can receive the assistance you need without leaving the community. The best part about our CCRC is that you only pay for the services you use!

Bristol Glen’s CCRC Model Allows You to Leave A Legacy
Are you considering a move into a senior living community? Are you apprehensive about the monthly costs of residency as compared to your current living situation? While you understand the security, companionship and professional assistance you’ll gain, many seniors are nevertheless concerned about what such a move would do to the financial legacy they hope to leave their loved ones. If this describes your concerns, then Bristol Glen may have something special to offer you. As a faith based non-profit organization with over a century of commitment to seniors in New Jersey, our CCRC model provides flexible payment options. At Bristol Glen, CCRC residents can select from among several payment plans that suit their budgets and future needs. Depending on the option chosen, the entrance fee is put into a separate account and any unused money is refunded back to the resident if they leave the community, or to their estate.
Discounts on Healthcare Costs with a Pre-Payment Option
Depending on the option you choose, your initial entrance fee can include up to $90,000 of pre-paid healthcare benefits. These benefits are available to residents in the health center and are applied over time as you use them. The total cost of residency depends on the entrance fee, model and apartment chosen. Bristol Glen offers five different styles, from the one bedroom Andover model, up to the two bedroom, two bath, spacious Sussex model. Please view the floor plans below.
