Welcome to Wesley by the Bay

The Shores’ sister community, Wesley by the Bay offers affordable housing for senior men and women, age 62 and above, who qualify under the guidelines of the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The beach, boardwalk, and downtown shops are only a short distance from the two-story community composed of 60 spacious one-bedroom apartments with individual washers and dryers, balconies and private parking. Located just one block from The Shores, residents may optionally take advantage of services such as transportation, a beauty and barber shop, meals, and housekeeping services.
