Jennifer Tedora Promoted to Vice President of Human Resources

UMC is thrilled to announce that Jennifer Tedora has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources, effective August 9, 2026.

Jennifer currently serves as Assistant Vice President of People & Culture and has been a valued leader in advancing UMC's people-focused initiatives. She joined UMC in 2023 as Associate Resource Director at Bristol Glen, where she served for two years before being promoted to HR Operations Manager at the Home Office and then to Assistant Vice President of People & Culture in March 2026.

Throughout her tenure, Jennifer has demonstrated exceptional leadership, a deep commitment to our mission, and a genuine passion for fostering a culture where teammates can thrive. Her strategic insight, professionalism, and dedication to serving others have earned the respect of colleagues across UMC.
