James Clancy, the Executive Director of Pitman Manor recently announced that lead cook, Tim Spencer was selected to receive the Sodexo CARES quarterly award. According to Mike MacGuigan, Operations Manager at Pitman Manor who nominated Spencer, “Tim greets every resident with a smile and knows each by name. Over the years he has learned their likes, dislikes, favorite menu items and those they never want to see again. Tim truly listens and uses their suggestions to improve not only himself but the entire team. The residents are happy to see him and the feeling is mutual because Tim is happy to be here.”
