Spiritual Life

At UMC, spiritual life is not an add-on; it’s at the heart of everything we do.

Rooted in our faith-based mission, we nurture the whole person by caring for mind, body, and spirit.

Our Communities & Programs

UMC proudly welcomes individuals of all or no denominations — creating communities grounded in respect, compassion, and belonging.

As a mission‑driven nonprofit, UMC puts its residents first. Funds exceeding operating needs are reinvested in our communities — strengthening programs, expanding services, and enhancing the care and experiences that help our residents truly thrive.

Everything we do is shaped by a simple belief: older adults deserve to live abundantly. That belief informs how we serve, how we lead, and how we build vibrant communities where everyone feels at home.

Our Spiritual Life Mission

Spiritual life at UMC is guided by one clear goal: to serve with compassion in community so all are free to choose abundant life. This mission shapes every interaction, from resident care to community partnerships.

Our teammates are always there to support residents however they need—whether that’s spiritual guidance, a listening ear, or simply someone to walk alongside them, no matter their beliefs.

That spirit of care extends well beyond formal worship, showing up in meaningful conversations, shared moments of reflection, and quiet support among residents, families, teammates, and volunteers.
