Each month, we will pick associates who go above and beyond in the community for UMC MVP. This month, in honor of International Housekeeping and Environmental Services Week, we’d like to highlight Stephanie Flogaus!
Stephanie is a standout employee! She respects her job and the people around her. Stephanie comes to work and leaves with a smile on her face every day! She loves cleaning and doing her best to make sure the room is completed. If she misses something she returns without complaint, knowing that its important, as she wants to make sure she gets it right, further demonstrating her commitment to the team and Shores residents!
In addition, to working hard, she frequently comes in on her day off to clean areas of the building for special events, and she does it with a smile on her face. One of her co-works recognized her hard work at one event and rewarded her with a gift card!
Stephanie’s willingness to show up daily and continue to learn is commendable as she wants to make sure she gets it right for the residents and their home.
