Jeanette M. Edghill Appointed to Plainfield Housing Authority
Congratulations to United Methodist Communities associate, Jeanette M. Edghill, on her recent appointment as Commissioner to the Plainfield Housing Authority for the City of Plainfield. Her appointment was announced at the city’s January 10 council meeting by the Honorable Adrian O. Mapp, Mayor. He stated Jeanette succeeds Rickey Williams for an unexpired 5-year term ending July 1, 2016.
Jeanette serves as Housing Administrator for United Methodist Communities at Covenant Place, an affordable senior housing community which opened in 1999. Covenant Manor features 57 one-bedroom apartments for low-to-moderate income older adults. It is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Covenant United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Communities.
