All United Methodist Communities maintain a wide variety of optional programs dedicated to keeping seniors active and strong. Our new Senior Fit program is beginning soon at Bristol Glen (Newton) and The Shores (Ocean City).  More information is coming soon on this robust initiative.

The United Methodist Communities’ philosophy that cognitive, physical and social activity work together in establishing overall health, lies at the core of our resident offerings. Physical exercise also presents a great avenue to meet others and take on age appropriate physical challenges in a friendly supportive environment.
